This one’s for Moxy, who recently challenged me to eat three boxes of Thin Mints in one hour (and keep ‘em down) for an undisclosed (but totally worth it) donation.   She insisted I didn’t have to go through with it, adding that much braver and larger men than me have attempted and failed brilliantly.  But you guys know its not my style to turn down a good challenge when my charity’s on the line.  Of course, I can’t honestly condone eating 3780 calories of cookies on this here fitness blog.  There is only one time when eating that many calories would ever be excusable: after running a marathon. So that’s the deal.  Immediately after my next marathon (LA on March 20th), I declare that I will successfully consume three boxes of Thin Mints, post a video of it, and collect Moxy’s donation (as well as from anyone else who feels moved to donate). Moxy best warm up her check-writing hand now, because I’m just getting started…
