If you guys don’t know Marc of RunnyKnows, you should.  He’s an accomplished distance runner from Southern New Jersey.  At the high school level, he was a Meet of Champions winner in cross country and the outdoor 1600.  He ran for Villanova University, competing in the 800 through 5k, and cross country.  He is a Big East champion in cross country and the indoor Distance Medley Relay.  Currently, Marc trains for the Brooks Haddonfield Running Company team and is trying to attain an Olympic Trials standard in the 5k, 10k or Marathon.  He’s available as an online coach, AND he is one of our awesome Run Team Kina coaches!
